An evening dedicated to all things cheese.

We're teaming up with Galleria Burrata for a special five course dinner celebrating the fresh Italian cheeses made by La Delizia Latticini.

Expect focaccia with stracchino and Del’s peperoncino, mozzarella in carrozza with vodka sauce and ’nduja, rump cap spiedino with stracciatella, casarecce with Ligurian pesto and burratina and panna cotta to finish.

We'll also be making fresh burrata on the night, so you can see a little of the craft behind the cheese.
